Breathwork

Rhythmic breathing stimulates the vagus nerve, activating the parasympathetic response (rest, digest, repair). This lowers heart rate and cortisol while increasing heart rate variability (HRV). A key indicator of nervous system flexibility and resilience. 

1:1 breathwork sessions via Zoom 

15 minute -> energize -> performance enhancement

30 minute -> regulate -> a solid body reset

60 minute -> transform -> boosts longevity

Dance Meditation Technique

Somatic movement reawakens the body’s felt sense, helping to integrate experiences stored as muscular tension or emotional constriction. As movement becomes more spontaneous, the sensorimotor system (which governs safety and expression) re-patterns itself toward greater freedom and fluidity.

Using the voice with formless movement releases tension in the vocal cords and diaphragm, two areas closely linked to the vagus nerve by creating a mechanical soothing effect that regulates the limbic system (emotional brain).
